Blesys Sherp is a Cornish adjective for spicy. It is also the name we have given to our fermented hot sauce endeavour, each batch is unique and celebrates the heat of chilies in different ways. This one contains Yellow Fatalii chilies with Golden Kiwi, just a few drops on your pizza or burger will add a tangy kick!
