Pocketful of Stones Seasonal Damson Gin is Hand-Crafted using locally foraged damsons from around Cornwall. Star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and orange are added to the infusion, giving spicy and warming flavours without being overly sweet. Juicy red fruit provides tartness with a touch of tannic acidity. The damson flavour carries through to a long, smooth finish. Notes of Christmas develop in the background.

Along with freshly picked damsons, star Anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and orange are added to the infusion, giving spicy and warming flavours without being overly sweet.

Damson Gin can be served with lemonade or soda but is probably best enjoyed after a hearty dinner accompanied with a cheese board by a fireplace.

Cocktail: A Dam Shame. Damson and Champagne. Acidic, tart and slightly sweet.
